By accessing or using CueComply (“the Service”), operated by CueComply Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CueComply is an AI-powered compliance guidance platform designed for UK small and medium-sized enterprises. The Service provides compliance dashboards, task management, document generation, regulatory alerts, and AI-assisted guidance.

3. Not legal advice

CueComply is a compliance aid tool and does notconstitute legal, financial, or professional advice. The information and documents generated by CueComply are for guidance purposes only. You should always consult a qualified legal professional for advice specific to your circumstances. We are not liable for any decisions made based on CueComply’s output.

4. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance.
• Free trials last 14 days. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for partial months of service.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties.
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by CueComply Ltd and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Documents you generate through the Service are yours to use for your business purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CueComply Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
